Sandwich Dental Associates ensures that every visit to our clinic is as pleasant and enjoyable as your dental care provider. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes early with your insurance card in hand so that you can fill out patient registration forms at your leisure. Feel free to also download them online, fill them out ahead of time, and bring them in with you.
For adults, we reserve 60 minutes for a complete exam, which includes the following:
- A tour of our state-of-the-art office
- New patient exam
- Charting, including perio
- A review of your health history
- X-rays when necessary
- Imaging
- Hygiene evaluation
- A treatment and full cleaning
Your dentist here at Sandwich Dental Associates will guide you through their findings and work closely with you to create a dental plan designed to meet your own oral health goals.
For children, as long as the child is comfortable, the appointment includes time for the dentist and the child to get to know one another, complete an exam, and clean your child’s teeth.
Please note: If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason at all, we are happy to do so with 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment.
