Nicole Balthazar graduated from Tuft’s University School of Dental Medicine with a Doctor of Dental Medicine in 1998. She completed a general practice residency at Berkshire Medical Center, served as clinical faculty at NYU Lutheran Dental Medicine Program, and is in private practice in Sandwich, Massachusetts.
Dr. Balthazar joined the faculty at Cape Cod Community College as an adjunct in 2000, and teaches in the Pain Management/local anesthesia lab. She also teaches in the clinical portion of the Cape Cod Community College local anesthesia course for graduate hygienists. Dr. Balthazar is a member of ADA, MDS, and Cape Cod District Dental Society.
She has one son that is a high school freshman. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, boating, and watching the Celtics!
Jo-Anne was born and raised in upstate New York, and moved to the Cape 26 years ago.
She loves working with people and works hard to make sure her patients have the best possible experience possible in her chair. She has worked in both general dentistry and pediatric dentistry and has been a part of the staff here at Sandwich Dental Associates for three years. She is a resident of Sandwich and loves working with the people and families in her community.
When not at work, Jo-Anne loves spending time with her family. She also sings and plays with the band at her church. She can also be seen singing locally from time to time. She also writes and produces her own music, and has been known to write ridiculous dental parodies. She might even sing for you. If you ask nicely.
Cassie grew up in Plymouth and currently still resides there. She graduated in 2019 with her Associates of Science in Dental Hygiene and in 2020 with her Bachelor’s in Health Sciences. She is also an active member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and the National Society of Leadership and Success.
Cassie has been with Sandwich Dental Associates since August of 2020. She enjoys teaching her patients the importance of oral health and loves helping people improve their oral health.
In her spare time, Cassie enjoys cooking, fishing, and going on walks with her dogs. She is happy to work in a positive environment with a team where everyone works together and our patients are our top priority.
Christa has arrived on Cape Cod as part of our cherished military family community. Christa has her Bachelor of Science in Health Services from Towson University and her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Old Dominion University. She is a firm believer in delivering a total oral wellness program to her patients. In Christa’s free time she enjoys exploring the wonders of the world with her husband and three busy little sons.
